Host John Van Barriger talks about summer trip planning in this special “mini-episode,” including a week in the Boundary Waters Canoe area, and a three-week, 360-mile/580-km paddle on the historic Erie Canal across New York state. (He’ll also discuss considerations for a possible return thru-hike of the same length and duration.)
John also introduces and interviews new co-hosts Dan Burish, of Eugene, Oregon, and Mindy Lawyer, of Greenville, South Carolina. Each co-host also answers their “Baker’s Dozen” questions!
